PCB terminals: Highly effective, flexible series production at low tooling costs
Hora eTec PCB terminals come with an optimised price-performance ratio. We supply terminal blocks in varying dimensions manufactured using the transfer moulding principle on high-performance equipment developed in-house. This also lowers tooling costs. Tooling costs in parts from HORA eTec start at €500 in contrast to punched and bent components.
Our broaching tools developed in-house feature long life, absolute precision in production tolerance, and a maximised cost-benefit ratio in PCB terminal production. Keeping tool set production in-house maximises precision and a complete range of expertise in machining from a single source.
PCB terminals with short lead times and individual torques
Short lead times are part of everyday life for us at Hora eTec. Keeping an eye on material hardness and rotation, we are able to manufacture to a variety of customer requirements on torque. We also perform finite element analysis (FMEA) on request.
Downstream processes such as vibratory grinding and blasting keep burring to a minimum while thermal relaxation on PCB terminals avoids stress corrosion cracking.
Specialised packaging provides additional protection against corrosion, even in shipment by sea. We also make custom barcode and/or QR code tags at HORA eTec.
